A New Year, A New Adventure

I have majorly been slacking in the blogging department.
Since November, there has been a whirlwind of busy-ness and fun keeping me away….you can check out my Instagram for a brief review.

I must admit, 2013 was a stellar year! There are so many great things and mini adventures that took place, it makes my heart smile at the thought of them.

On to 2014….
This morning, as I sat with my cup of coffee in solitude, I knew it was the best time to muddle through the things I would like to accomplish this year. Goals. Realistic goals.

The more I wrote, the more ideas would come.

I decided to cut them of at 17, since 17 is my favorite number. 😊

Jump in the ocean twice a week.
Organize photos and make them into photo books.
Go on one active or creative date a month.
Blog more.
Pray together as a family everyday.
Spend more time with extended family.
Use a recipe book for cooking, at least once a month.
Maintain the house with a weekly checklist.
Take a DSLR camera class.
Host more gatherings at our house.
Go camping as a family at least three times.
Visit Europe.
Obtain all of my business goals.
Attend a friend’s birth as a doula.
Join a workout group/class.
Hike Haleakala.
Redo our master bathroom.

And my ongoing goal throughout the years:

Be a better wife, mother and friend then I was last year.

I know sharing my goals here will give me accountability beyond myself.
So, Thank You. And Happy New Year!
